1. Go to cydia and go to manage - sources - edit // add.

2. Add the source "http://ihacksrepo.com" if you don't already have it.

3. Go to the search bar and type "iAP Cracker".

4. Download the one from IHR (ihacksrepo) then install and respring your iphone/ipod.

5. Go to any app where it lets you buy coins, remove ads, etc lol..

6. Click "buy" or whatever it says then a loading screen will come up and it will say you bought it don't worry it will never charge your itunes account i'm 100% sure and this does not work on every app (because some of them patched it) but it does work on most.

it only works on apps that dont connect to Itunes to get the purchases.
if the app runs on a different server then itunes, like Dead Space, it'll work.

There is a new thing called iAPFree it is like iAP Cracker on steroids.

i don't really have to sign out because i used my dead credit card on my apple id also if i get banned from the app i just use UDID Faker to unban myself but it might be safe logging out also
