As the name suggests this plugin will change the background wallpaper of your PSP's XMB
every time your PSP boots or VSH is reset.

On your PSP go to "Theme Settings" and change "Background" to "Wallpaper"

Place your wallpapers at: ms0:/PICTURE/Wallpaper
