This is a Hijack to listen to music without being in a car but in this version you cannot Hijack the car to drive nor to do anything else but just chill and listen to music. Hold the R button to see what you are doing and also move him to a safe place to just not be killed or anything. To disable Hijack simply deactivate Hijack Vehicle Radio, and then turn on the disable code. Then play like normal. I should mention you need to press triangle to Hijack.
