Well you just found an awesome boot animation that you really want but oh wait... it's for a different phone?!?! Well i'm gonna show you how to port a boot animation to your phone.
What you need:
* 7zip/Winrar or a similar program installed (I prefer Winrar).
* Text editing program (Notepad, Word, etc.).
Tutorial:
1. Get the original bootanimation.zip or sanim.zip whichever one you got, and extract it with winrar, 7zip, etc.
2. Open desc.txt in Notepad, word or whatecer text editing program you have, then you should see something like this:
Or it could be lined up like this:
- The FPS (frames per second) of the boot animation, the higher the number is the faster the boot animation will be.
- The pointer that is telling it to look at new commands.
- Indicates the number of times this section of the boot animation will play, "0" making it unlimited.
- Time in pause before moving onto the next line, "0" meaning no pause "1,2,3 etc" meaning 1,2,3 seconds etc.
- The folders that contain the images for the boot animation.
3. Find your phones resolution, if you don't know it search on google or put the model/name of your phone in this thread and I will check for you and reply with your resolution.
4. Now zip the boot animation back up, make sure the compression method is "Store", if it isn't the boot animation will not work!
5. You're done! Now you can use the boot animation you have wanted but couldn't use.
Note: Porting smaller animations to a bigger phone will result in quality loss, like porting a Galaxy s3 boot animation to Galaxy s4 format might make it a little pixelated.

- Resolution of the boot animation, for me it is 1080x1920 so I would put it as "1080 1920" in the text file.1080 1920 45
