Well, after awhile of searching, ive found out how to view your iDevice's screen onto your PC via USB Cable.
Required Materials:
---------PC---------
*iFunbox (Download Link: iFunbox )
*iTunes (So iFunbox can connect to the device. Download Link: iTunes )
*RealVnc (Its what im using for this tut. Download Link: RealVNC )
---------IOS--------
*Veency (Repo: ModMyi)
*USB Cable
*Jailbroken IOS

1: Make sure you have the Required Materials installed on your PC and IOS
2: Connect your iDevice to your PC via USB and Open iFunbox
3: When your iDevice is successfully connected to iFunbox (Should show name of the device on top right corner)
Click on "Quick Toolbox" and under the Advanced Tab, Click "USB Tunnel"
4: Make sure in "Settings" that Veency is switched to "On" then In the Port Number section (Shows 1000), put in 5900 and hit [ Detect and Create ]
5: If done successfully; Under the "Created USB Tunnels: " there should be the SSH port #22 and the new VNC 5900 port and on your iDevice, you should get a pop-up asking to "accept the connection from 127.0.0.1?"
On your iFunbox screen, it should look like this:
22 (SSH) 127.0.0.1:22
5900 (VNC) 127.0.0.1:5900
6: Accept the request and Start RealVnc Viewer then type in the Ip address of the VNC tunnel you created
Which in this case is: 127.0.0.1:5900
7: Hit "Connect" and the same pop-up will come up, Hit "Accept" and there you go, you aare now connected to your iDevice via USB!
(If a pop-up from the RealVNC viewer comes up, exit it out or hit "Okay")
