Claims filed by creditors say THQ still owes $200 million in royalties, licensing fees and more. According to Polygon, claims range from $2.98 from a tax assessor all the way up to $39 million related to THQ loans. Claims have also been filed by various organizations including UFC, Microsoft, Double Fine and many more.

Microsoft is seeking $213,772 in “licensing fees for third-party peripherals,” while Zuffia, LLC (parent company of UFC) seeks $1.9 million in unpaid royalty fees. Codemasters is owed $1 million in “unpaid royalties and stock on Dirt 3, Bodycount, F1 2011 and other titles” and Double Fine is seeking $595,000 in royalties for Stacking and Costume Quest, plus money owed for promotions on Sony’s PlayStation Plus service.

Other claims come via former THQ executives Jason Rubin and Jason Kay (each owed $2 million), LucasFilm (for royalties on Star Wars mobile games), and the Entertainment Software Association, owed $190,424 in fees related to “booth space reserved for E3 2013 and associated damages related to converting that space to a ‘lounge area.’” Possibly the most interesting claim comes from tattoo artist Christopher Escobedo, who claims to be owed $4.16 million for a copyright infringement suit filed last year.

Claims are said to still be coming in, though none will be paid out until the end of May. The court is expected to approve the recent sale of THQ’s remaining assets by May 13th.
