Try running a disk defragmentor, it usually speeds things up a bit.

Get ccleaner, run cleaner, go to registery on ccleaner, click scan for issues, if you have any click fix all.
Then defragment your hard disk.
After all that run a scan with your anti virus.

Eww a trial, get Avast! at least I think the full version of that is freeware it will probably keep you more protected also.
And I bet 80% of that is fake they just want you to buy the full version.

its fixed i removed a bunch of shit and removed spy bot search and destroy and it instantly improved the response rate is faster so thanks to yall for the advice
