Call of Duty: Black Ops remains the best-selling video game ever, despite the fact that Modern Warfare 3 grossed more money than it’s CoD counterpart. Anyway, it’s only natural for the fans of the franchise and for the fans of Black Ops in particular to be very excited about the upcoming Black Ops 2 game.

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 release date is November 13th, 2012 in the US, and several companies have already managed to strike a deal with Activition in order to make use of the popularity of the game. One of the first is Turtle Beach who has unveiled some amazing headsets at Gamescom 2012.

Turtle Beach is a well-known company which produces gaming headsets, and it has decided to unveil several headsets to celebrate the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. The first in the series are the Ear Force Tango headsets wireless which can be connected to a PS3 or Xbox 60 using Bluetooth technology. They feature Dolby Surround Sound support, and they can offer up to 10 hours of please thanks to some impressive rechargeable batteries. The Ear Force Tango headset is going to cost about $300 and they’re going to become available “weeks before the game.”

Another wireless headset is the Ear Force X-Ray which is not as powerful as the Tango headset, however, they feature roughly the same dual-band WiFi radio and 10-hour of continuous usage at the “small” fee of $200.

If wireless is not your thing, then you might as well settle for the Ear Force Kilo headsets which will become available for only $80. Although this is still a huge price for a pair of headsets, this is you have to pay in order to be a “true” Call of Duty: Black Ops II fan.

Jokes aside, the high-end wired headsets are called Ear Force Sierra and they’re destined for professional gamers thanks to Dolby Surround Sound support, programmable presets, volume controller, and the voice morphing support. For $280, these headsets were developed with the help of Activision employees, and as a result, the audio presets will allow users to control footfall noise among others.

According to Turtle Beach, all these accessories will be found in stores weeks before the Black Ops 2 game will be released by Activision. Well, take a look and let us know if you’re going to buy them when they’ll be released this fall!
