Counter-Strike: Global Offensive PC pre-orders are set to open later today, according to the game's official website.

Pre-orders for the PS3 version of the download shooter will kick off on PSN later next week on August 14, according to the site.

Global Offensive is the first game in the series to be released simultaneously on consoles and PC. It will be available on Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network as well as through Steam for $15.

The shooter is being developed by Hidden Path Entertainment, which previously contributed to Counter-Strike: Source.
