I went to turn on my 4s today and it wont turn on it just goes to a white screen and i try turning it off but it still goes back to the white screen please help!

try holding sleep+home at the same time to turn it off then keep holding them till it turns on and when it turns on let go of sleep and hold home button for 30 more seconds and it should work

when my ipod screen froze once i just did what i did to get it our of dfu mode and it worked so it will most likely work with an iphone to
