    Well, you see, you have to put it in your deposit box and make sure that the bank teller asks for a confirmation code every time.

    Make a folder, right click, properties, security tab, click edit.
    Change all the all the other users besides your user to have only Read & execute.
    That makes it so they can see the folder and use the files in it but can't delete it on change the settings you just changed.
    Unless they are Admin
