    Yes of course it was Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 that has beaten Xbox's Champion Master Chief in both sales and dominance online with Xbox Live. (Week starting 19th November)

    Things have changed a lot since Halo 3 launched and became the super power for online gaming on Xbox, now it's successor can't managed to hold the top spot against its 3rd party rivals.

    But now there are reports of Microsoft buying the domain names for Halo 6, 7, 8 and 9! It looks like they haven't given up hope on the Halo franchise yet.

    They probably bought the domains so no one else could use them... they should come up with cooler names instead of just adding numbers to the end smile for you baby
