hey guys, i cant find any help section so im just going to post this in
the chat, when i try to play a game online on my vita (asphalt injection
& unit 13) or if i try to access the leader bordes in motor storm
rc/plants vs zombies i get this error : (NW-5603-4) the weird part is
that i can still get on the psn browse the internet ect. any one have
the same problem or suggestions? thanks

oh, after it fails the first time and i say cancel instead of try again
it says " You are not signed in to the PlayStation®Network. The
following features are only available after you sign in: Online
Multiplayer, Leaderboards, invitations " even tho i am signed in to the
psn, i just updated and still the same thing

i think you might have a strict nat type this kinda stuff happens to me sometimes

1. Verify that the router has completed its initial startup.
2. Verify that the router's cable and power connection are fine.
3. Try connecting closer to the access point.
4. On the PSVita, go to [Settings]>[Network]>[Internet Connection Status] and see if the IP address, DNS server, or Proxy settings, have been set "manually." If so, please try the "automatic" option.
