is it semi bricked or fully bricked?

Semi I've unbricked it before but it's just when I hold
L + <- it doesn't show the menu... I think there's somthing
That's blocking the L button so later I'm gonna clean it out

did you try doing the recovery menu? hold R while turning on your psp
