I might add some more mods, depending on how you guys use the power and behave on the server itself.
Rules:
No Griefing
No Cheating
PVP is allowed for the lulz, don't overuse it like say when mining or stuff like that.
Don't sleep in each others beds (Slater) as it fucks the spawnpoints up.
Hours: (These are at my time, which by coincidence are the same as Grim, J, and Slater's timezone. It is also one hour ahead of space's time. GMT EST)
The server can be put up by request towards myself if I am able to do so. There will be somedays where I don't put it up at all for personal reasons, but sometimes I will put it up without telling anyone so be sure to ask me. Don't fret if I'm not online I can still see chat, reasons why it'll be online but I won't are because I can't play minecraft all day everyday.
The weekends are limited, so for the summer the weekends are only accessible if I myself is able to turn it on. No requests during weekend.
Starting August 19 the server will only be online on weekends, in which the rule above will be void until it's summer again.
Server Events:
Birthdays - Without anyone cheating, the mods (in creative mode for the period of time), can gift the birthday person a few gifts. (No enchanted stuff, no mob eggs, no tnt.)
Holidays - (Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa) Everyone gifts each other stuff (no one can be on creative seeing as it can get out of control) and yea that kind of stuff.
Other events can be suggested to the mods.
For the server ip you need to send myself a personal message.
