Kitchen accessories are usually pretty boring. Sure you have an ironic "Kiss the Cook" apron, but what you really need is something to tell others you're a retro gamer every time a batch of cookies comes out of the oven. As noted by Gizmodo, the Power Mitt has arrived to keep your hands safe from dangerously hot surfaces and Bad Street Brawlers alike.
Granted, the Power Mitt is pretty limited on functions, but so was the original Power Glove. Actually, the Power Glove might have been more useful as an oven mitt. Now we just need Fangamer to start manufacturing spice racks painted to look like R.O.B. and NES cartridge cheese-graters.
