EA recently announced that FIFA 13 sold more than 12 million copies during EA's third quarter of 2013.EA says that this represents a 23 percent increase compared to FIFA 12 sales in the same period (October 1st - December 31st) last year.Having launched on September 25 in US and Sept. 28 in UK, this figure will not include most of the 4.5 million copies sold in the first five of the game being on sale - it sold 1.23 million copies within its first 48 hours of being on the shelf in the UK.FIFA 13's digital net revenue hit $100 million in the quarter, reported EA, which accounts for a 98 percent increase over FIFA 12 in the previous year.
