First tutorial since I got my new phone (switched from iPhone to Galaxy s4), thought id make it simple I guess.

1. Go to Settings -> About phone.

2. Scroll down to "Build Number".

3. Tap it 7 times, after about 3 it says something like "You are 4 taps away from enabling developer options", just continue to tap 4 times more.

4. You're done, now you can do the developer stuff on your phone.

or flash a custom roma and have dev options always on.

I think this is way easier, also flashed roms on 4.2.2 don't have developer options always on. This turns it on until you turn it off too, so once it's activated it'll always be on. :/

 All you have to do is tap that 7 times and it's enabled forever, you don't have to do it every single time. I think you and [space] thought you had to do it every single time.

 tried, but failed so hard...

My is always enable and I didn't have to tap it 100times to enable it.

 7* And wait until they release the update for the gs3, you'll have to do this.  And you only have to tap it 7 times once. :/
